Martial Arts Classes at YMCA Neath
Kung Fu
‘Lau Gar Kuen’ Kung Fu was brought to the UK from China by Master Yau in 1961 and is now the UK’s most popular form of Kung Fu. The style emphasises rapid, direct hand strikes together with fast, low to medium kicks. It also incorporates numerous locks, throws and take-downs. The style has, for many years, had tremendous success on the National and International tournament circuit whilst remaining traditional and continuing to be taught in its purest form. Please feel free to come and watch the class.
