This June, The Wildlife Trusts are asking everyone do something wild every day for a month. The challenge is simple: make room for nature – no matter where you are or how busy your life.
You can experience nature wherever you go in Brecknock, whether that’s striding up Penyfan, ambling along the River Usk or sitting in your local park or back garden. Take a trip to see water fowl at Llangors Lake, hug an ancient tree in the Groves, visit one of our nature reserves or join us at an event.
The 30 Days Wild sign-up page is www.wildlifetrusts.org/30dayswild. Detect, discover, dig; invite, inhale, immerse; shout, scatter and sweep… we’ve listed 101 fun and intriguing ideas to get you started. It’s all about making time for nature in your life – and it’s free.
