We are thrilled to be bringing you Growth a comedy drama about growing up and 'manning up' that won a prestigious Fringe First Award when it debuted at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival last year, alongside an abundance of 5 star reviews.
Written by Luke Norris, star of Poldark (Dr Enys) and The Inbetweeners, Growth explores the life of Tobes, a 20-something who’s busy going out, enjoying himself and meeting girls.
But he has a problem; he’s successfully ignored a lump for two years and now it’s starting to get in the way. And concerning the girls he’s hooking up with on Tinder!
Now Tobes has pants to drop and decisions to make; he is forced to face something he really doesn’t want to. It’s all a big ball ache for him.
This show throws a spotlight on testicular cancer, and Tobes’ health scare also provokes him to reassess his life, his priorities and finally grow up, with many funny moments along the way.
'Genuinely hilarious from start to finish... consistently witty, packed with vivid characters and hook-filled dialogue.' The Stage
'Very funny, throwing laugh-out-loud one-liners… but vitally important.' WhatsOnStage
